Melissa and Cathy were extremely fast to react when our tenants told them about a few issues when they moved into our new investment (we had only just purchased it). They were empathetic to our situation and the needs of our new tenants and were really fast to arrange quotes and contractors. Melissa has been our property manager for a while now and has maintained friendly, informed communication throughout our leases. Selling one property in this current market for top dollar could be a challenge for even the most experienced agents, BUT 4 properties!!! What a massive task we asked from Mel and the team at Xperience. Let me just say…… They exceeded my expectations and so much more!

From day 1 the strategising began. We decided to send all 4 properties to Auction – 2 didn’t make it. They both sold prior to auction for an exceptional price. The other 2 sold just ONE day post auction. Amazing!!
